Andrew Lillywhite advises businesses, families, investors, and property owners on a wide range of business, estate planning, real estate, and transactional matters. His practice includes business formation and governance, contracts, estate and succession planning, probate and estate administration, farm and ranch planning, real estate transactions, land use and development, private equity, and venture capital.
Andrew works closely with clients to structure transactions, protect assets, preserve family wealth, and develop practical solutions to complex business, tax, estate, and real property matters. He regularly coordinates with clients’ accountants, financial advisors, insurance professionals, and other advisors to ensure that legal strategies are integrated with their broader business and financial objectives.

Before joining Hillyard, Anderson & Olsen, P.C., Andrew practiced with a Salt Lake City law firm focusing on tax, estate planning, and business law. Throughout his career, he has represented a diverse range of clients, including agricultural operations, technology companies, entrepreneurs, investors, attorneys, CPAs, physicians, dentists, corporate executives, board members, construction companies, privately held businesses, and individuals.

Andrew also advises clients on business ownership, investment, and succession structures involving closely held companies, family businesses, real estate holdings, private investment transactions, and intergenerational wealth transfers.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts from Utah State University and his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. He grew up in Cache Valley and speaks Spanish.
